Which powdered mineral is ideal for...

...reducing rumen acidity?

When the pH drops in the rumen it will have an adverse effect on animal performance and ultimately may lead to acidosis. This can happen in high cereal diets or those including wet, acidic silage. The simple inclusion of Antacid & Zinc will buffer excess acidity, and will support sound feet, which can be a problem associated with acid overload.

...balancing moist feeds?

Cattle that are fed moist feeds such as crimped grain, brewers’ grains etc will need a high input of vitamin E. This is due to the vitamin in the feed being destroyed by the fermentation and oxidation process. Moist Grain contains essential levels of vitamin E in addition to normal requirements and should be mixed in-feed or sprinkled on for best results.
