It promotes oestrus in cows by supplying unique ingredients which stimulate organs within the body. Feed for a period of 6 weeks, from 3 weeks prior to the bull being introduced. All other minerals should be withdrawn at this point, but ensure magnesium cover at critical times. One 14kg tub is a standard course for 5 cows.

…get cows and first time heifers bulling?

If cattle are being fed inside the best solution is to opt for our granular fertility supplement, Orvec Granules. Containing Orvec Stimulus, the granules should completely replace minerals in the diet for a period of 42 days at a rate of 100g/h/day. For serious cases increase to 120g. This will stimulate oestrus, increase sexual activity and improve conception rates. When fed to dairy cows running together, we recommend a 6-week on, 6 week off policy to help improve all round herd fertility.

…bring ewes in season more quickly?

If lambing is being brought forward, this may be a prime requirement. Orvec Super Tup should be fed to all ewes 3 weeks prior to the introduction of rams and should continue for a full 6 weeks. One tub covers a full course for 15 ewes and, like its sister product Quick Serve, will help stimulate sexual activity in stock by kick starting the reproductive cycle.
